What you will be doing:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with major affiliates and strategic partners to enhance business growth.
- Identify and recruit top influencers and key opinion leaders, establishing collaborations that align with our brand’s values and objectives.
- Manage and optimize affiliate and partnership campaigns, ensuring they align with Jumia’s promotional calendar and marketing strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with new partners, focusing on creating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliates and partners, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that incorporate affiliate and influencer partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our partnership approaches.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across other departments to ensure a unified approach to market expansions and promotions.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for affiliate and partnership initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, and influencer management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset who can integrate various marketing elements.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms
