What you will be doing

  • Monitor the annual year contract negotiations with suppliers that enhance the company’s profitability.
  • Building Supplier relationships that result in revenue and profitability growth.
  • Directing the implementation of category strategy.
  • Develop a pricing strategy that meets the company’s objectives.
  • Developing the assortment of the category.
  • Monitoring the sales, purchase &inventory targets.
  • Identifying the promotion’s activities to achieve targets.
  • Managing and developing the performance of the category.
  • Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Develop reports to assess the performance of the category.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams on communication channels for campaigns to reach existing and new customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the home category and proactively pursue them.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure new partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic recommendations and drive innovation.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or any related field 
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Great capacity to handle high stake negotiations;
  • Structured, data-driven, thorough
  • Good with tools (excel & PPT, Salesforce would be a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player
  • Great ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
  • Flawless English communication.
