What you will be doing:
- Managing incoming requests in a ticketing platform (Zendesk);
- Reviewing and analyzing requests regarding finance configurations in our finance applications;
- Helping refine requirements and investigating the requests to gather all necessary information;
- Consolidating all requests and obtaining insights & approval from CEOs, EVPs, and other relevant stakeholders;
- Executing all approved changes accordingly;
- Ensuring changes and settings follow expected behavior;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting reported issues in the systems related to financial configurations;
- Analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities;
- Identifying knowledge gaps in the user community and organizing focused training sessions to address them;
- Assisting finance stakeholders in projects that require practical skills and expertise in finance, operations, and systems.
