What you will be doing:
- Support the development and execution of onsite marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user engagement, conversion, and retention on the company's website and digital platforms.
- Assist in creating and optimizing personalized onsite marketing campaigns, promotions, and messaging to target different audience segments and customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to implement onsite marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing onsite marketing performance metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Support A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve the effectiveness of onsite marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in managing relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support onsite marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in onsite marketing, e-commerce, and user experience design, contributing ideas and suggestions for innovation and improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks related to onsite marketing campaigns, including scheduling, asset management, and budget tracking.
