What you will be doing
Security:
- Responsible for monitoring the security operations for the company (HO and WHS)
- Implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the environment is safe for employers and visitors
- Develop and direct organizational safety and security strategy
- Oversees the implementation of efforts to minimize loss
- Manage internal investigation
- Enhance security and create business opportunity through the control of risk
- Serve as the lead internal safety and security consultant for the company
- Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the safety and security teams
- Develop an implementation plan customized to meet the needs at HO and WHS
- Oversee execution of all warehousing and logistics-related activities needed
- Responsible for monitoring the security operations for HO and WHS
Governmental Affairs:
- Build and maintains professional relationships with members of state, and local government entities and agencies
- Assist leadership with strategic planning for known and potential regulatory activities related to the business and industry
- Coordination with various internal departments to completion of the required government papers
- Coordinate with Legal Department to deal with government procedures such as Renewing Building (HO and WHS Insurance ) - Operating Licenses, ...
Extras:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Coordination with various internal departments to completion of the required government papers
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience and good knowledge in Security of the respective city/country
- At least 2 years of experience in WHS, Factories, eCommerce is an advance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English proficiency
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Team player and ability to work with & through others
- Former experience in a well known security company or police
