What you will be doing
- Analyze and track loss and defective across departments
- Manage loss and defective life cycle from generation to closure across facilities and processes
- Manage weekly and monthly discussions with teams on loss and defective management
- Do extensive analysis of data to provide useful insights on losses and defectives
- Create data models and dashboards to drive effective discussions and decisions on losses and defectives
- Seek new avenues for reducing losses and defective
- Provide investigations and outcomes of defective and loss cases
- Manage VSC and CS cases on a need basis to provide closure
What we are looking for
- Supply chain understanding to ensure most efficient set-up is identified and implemented
- Huge amount of drive and energy solving your tasks individually as well as together with your colleagues
- Leadership and change management skills
- Project management, Power BI, MS office and G Suit - especially Excel and Gsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Fluent in English
