Main Responsibilities

  • On-boarding new self sign-up vendors on Jumia
  • Following up with new vendors for an incubation period of 30 days
  • Explaining the  benefits of selling on Jumia
  • Explanation of Jumia business Models
  • Checking Seller's Business Information / Legal Papers / Bank Details
  • Following up on products creation , image uploads, adding stocks, prices..etc
  • Responsible for increasing the volume of sales of newly on-boarded vendors
  • Increasing the assortment for new sellers
  • Engaging new Vendors with Marketing / OCP
  • Communicating with different departments within the company to ensure high quality service to our vendors

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques
  • Presentation skills
  • Customer service skills (Call center) and professional communication
  • Basic knowledge of Google docs.
  • Basic understanding of numerical data
