WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Quality check all online items to ensure accuracy in images, descriptions, prices, and categories, minimizing returns and customer queries.
- Moderate Customer Reviews to ensure compliance with website guidelines.
- Review pending product compliance and manage quality control for IP infringement cases.
- Monitor luxury brands and daily checks for counterfeit products, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Review product content for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate within the Zando Content team to create original and compelling content for all products.
- Update content templates regularly to ensure dynamic and informative content.
- Ensure timely publication of products on all internal systems.
- Support the Studio Manager with content-related tasks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar software.
- Minimum of 1 year of content writing experience.
- SEO knowledge is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- High level of creativity and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- In-depth knowledge of clothing and apparel terms.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals.
