As a Vendor Support Center (VSC) agent, you will be required to provide guidance and additional support to our vendors in regards to their issues / questions raised. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Provide Jumia/Zando vendors with assistance either via phone, email and/or chat
  • Support vendors’ education on all possible topics related to their partnership with Jumia/Zando
  • Tactfully interact with vendors and collect information in order to improve Jumia/Zando’s service level and operational standards
  • Record all information in the corresponding system to support retrospective learning

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Ability to meet vendor service targets
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Impeccable communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • The mentality of client service and taking responsibility beyond direct duties
  • High level of motivation, determination, and commitment
  • Previous call center / customer service experience is a plus
  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
