What you will be doing

  • Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies to drive website and digital platform traffic, with a focus on increasing user engagement and conversion
  • Lead a team of traffic operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content, and product, to optimize traffic acquisition efforts and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social media, and email, to drive targeted traffic and reach key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and analyze traffic performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve the effectiveness of traffic acquisition campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in traffic acquisition, digital advertising, and performance marketing, making recommendations for innovation and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support traffic acquisition initiatives and drive business growth

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of marketing technology tools and platforms is a plus
