Job Overview:

As a Quality Control associate, you will be a key resource that manages product creation to live time SLA, seller compliance with prohibited, counterfeit regulations, and Jumia’s product guidelines. This role takes ownership of the product quality, compliance, authenticity, and  the information displayed along with each listing 

Core Tasks / Routines  Managed

  • The Quality Control Associate Role replacement will support  continuity in Product Review at the Quality Control Level for the PIM/Vendor Center & Seller Center and Quality Control at the Onsite Level across all our products and categories

  • This Quality Control Associate would maintain the stronghold on core onsite routine checks that impact guideline and regulatory compliance like Not Safe for Work Checks, Full Drop Shipping Restrictions, Grocery Restrictions, SON Prohibitions across brands and products, and NAFDAC Prohibitions across brands and products.

  • Management of the recent GTIN and JSIN initiative for seller listing products and all associated exemptions and product flags from the report a product feature captured on Sprinklr are managed by the Quality Control Associate

  • All Core Quality Control Onsite Daily Routines relating or not limited to Sensitive Keywords Checks for Restricted Brands, Fakes & Counterfeits, Prescription Medications, and Prohibited Products are managed by the Quality Control Associate
