The network manager is responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of goods. You will oversee and liaise with colleagues to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Track queues and backlogs
Monitor operations quality
Monitor network dispatch operations and manage the team;
Coordinate capacity and frequency with dispatch agents and 3PL;
Train teams and solve issues;
Implement scalable processes to sustain the growth;
Lead continuous improvement projects;
Might require frequent travel within regions
Required Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university; Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Email, Internet etc.
Proficient in Google Office Suite – Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc
Relevant Experience
8 years minimum experience, preferably in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment with a strong focus on logistics or alternatives logistics company.
Skills and Competences
Ability to lead large and remote teams
Hardworking, result oriented, methodical, very structured;
Pro-active, both autonomous and team player, Flexible;
