What you will be doing:

  • Campaign Management:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of sponsored product advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Google Shopping, and other relevant channels.
    • Develop campaign strategies, targeting tactics, keyword optimization, and bid management strategies to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of sponsored product specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and continuous professional development.
    • Set clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs for the team, monitoring progress and providing feedback and recognition.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and provide recommendations for optimization to improve targeting, reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate ad creative variations, targeting options, bidding strategies, and other factors influencing campaign performance.
  • Client Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and optimization efforts.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and feedback, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), ad spend, reach, engagement, conversion metrics, and other relevant metrics.
    • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Evaluate and onboard new advertising vendors, platforms, and technologies, assessing their capabilities, suitability, and alignment with campaign objectives.
    • Manage relationships with advertising vendors, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to ensure favorable terms for the organization.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  Experience in digital advertising, with a focus on sponsored product advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing sponsored product campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Google Shopping, and others.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms, tools, and technologies, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
