We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Finance Assistant to join our Kambi team in Manila.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payables and facilitate payments, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
- Verify and reconcile vendor invoices and prepare monthly reconciliation reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Provides support in annual budgeting.
- Support the finance team with audits and compliance tasks.
- Handle other finance-related administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
- 2-3 years experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge in Accounting Software (e.g. Oracle-Netsuite) an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel) as well as in digital communication tools.
- Has high attention to detail and with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on a hybrid schedule.
