The Role
- We are looking for an Engineering Manager to further strengthen our development teams' ability to provide the highest value possible to our partners. Kambi are strong believers of self-organized teams, and as an Engineering Manager you manage two to three cross-functional DevOps teams.
- You will be guiding and empowering teams, fostering continuous improvement, and enhancing skills through consistent one-on-one meetings, effective performance development, and dedicated coaching. You will support your teams in cross-team communications and foster an open and collaborative culture between teams.
- Aside from working with your teams you will also have a responsibility of continuously improve work throughout the Engineering organization. You will together with other Engineering Managers, be a driving force in evolving Kambi’s development organization to grow in parallel with Kambi global strategy.
- To fit well into our teams, you should have a curious mindset and an energetic approach which inspires and engages colleagues and collaborators to achieve, deliver and own their work.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have worked as a manager for at least 2 years with development teams and you have both theoretical and practical knowledge of agile and/or lean software principles. You are a passionate leader dedicated to empowering individuals and teams, fostering growth, and unlocking potential, with a strong desire to contribute to a thriving, fast-growing company. - At Kambi we believe in the importance of work-life-balance and making that culture part of our day-to-day. - You will be based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid work setup, working in a team together with other Engineering Managers, reporting to Head of Development. As we are an international and multinational company, our main language is English.
