Our team's vision is to drive performance through Creative Solutions, and our mission is to ideate, analyze, and optimize creatives on the Kayzen platform.
In this role, we will be closely working together to conceptualize and execute creative solutions for our diverse set of clients and use cases on Kayzen.
This is NOT just a design role, but an opportunity for someone who can add value across the creative process: creative strategy and analytics, creative direction & ideation, design & production co-ordination, as well as creative testing.

This is where we need your help
- Collaborate with the Creative Solutions Lead to conceptualize and execute engaging performance-driven creative solutions for a diverse range of clients and use cases on Kayzen.
- Develop and design visual assets, including wireframes, visual mockups, customer journeys and other multimedia elements, for mobile-first advertising experiences
- Utilize expert knowledge of design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, to produce high-quality, impactful designs.
- Using a basic understanding of front-end coding, including HTML & CSS, to ensure seamless integration of designs across various platforms and devices.
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of creative performance on Kayzen, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align creative output with overall company objectives.
You could be a great fit ifโฆ
- You have 2-4 years of experience in visual design, art direction, digital production, interaction design UX or a similar role, in either Ad-Tech, Mobile App UA or Advertising Agency.
- You have a portfolio showcasing your advertising Creative - clearly speaking to the specifics of your role in each project
- You are proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- You have a basic understanding of front-end coding languages, including HTML and CSS.
- You have an understanding of key metrics and a demonstrable ability to analyze Creative performance from the available numerical data.
- You have exceptional communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- You can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You have a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the Creative Solutions team.
Would be a big plus if you have experience in the following tools/methodsโฆ..
- Creative builders (e.g. Craftsman+ / Adliven / Playable factory / Tresensa)
- Motion design & Video Production - After Effects or similar
- Node.js / Pixie.js
