We are a Series A venture-funded startup, our product is B2B2C and we are looking for a business savvy Senior Product Manager obsessed about delivering products that our users and customers will love, in a way that works for the business.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead an empowered cross-functional Product team based in Barcelona (incl. product designer, user researcher, several engineers, content psychologist) to deliver on the team mission’s OKRs.
  • Listen with passion and deeply understand our users and customers.
  • Define a Product vision and strategy on how the part of the Product you own can contribute to create the change Koa wants to bring into the world.
  • Be excellent in connecting the dots between the company strategy and the team day to day work. 
  • Define and prioritize an opportunity backlog always looking for the most impactful initiatives to experiment with.
  • Lead the Product Discovery collaborating within a cross-disciplinary team to discover what is the right thing to build.
  • Maximize the team effort to deliver value to our users in an iterative and incremental way.
  • Listen and manage stakeholders expectations with enthusiasm.
  • Be a reliable and trustworthy partner for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Be a storyteller communicating and giving visibility on your team roadmap and progress to the whole company.
  • Work together with the other PMs to deliver on Koa’s vision, Mental Health for all!

About You

  • Experienced working in B2B SaaS and B2B2C US-based tech startups at early stage looking for Product-Market fit and/or scale-up startups (best if experienced in B2B Enterprise and/or B2B products for HR managers)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • +4 years working on technology-powered products as product manager, product designer, engineer or data analyst, including a minimum of 2 years working solely as product manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business, such as engineering, design, sales, marketing, regulation, security, and finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Passionate about design, user experience and usability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior and C-level executives
  • You have worked closely with Sales and Marketing to develop GTM strategy.
  • Best if experienced with GDPR and data protection
  • Best if experienced working in Digital Health and good understanding of the US Healthcare system.
  • Based in the US East Coast (preferably in the Boston or NY area)
