We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our mighty marketing team. You’ll have the chance to apply and expand your skills on many exciting projects ranging from digital to print, including videos and event experiences. 

You are a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, creatively driven organization, and is comfortable with ambiguity and change. Responsibilities 

  • Assist the Art Director with the development and evolution of our brand, voice, and strategy. 
  • Contribute to brand governance and ensure coherent brand identity and messaging across all channels. 
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to build out performance-driven advertising campaign programs, uplevel product launches, enhance our website, deliver amazing brand experiences at corporate events, and more. 
  • Uplevel our design operations to prioritize requests against business goals, scale the team through improved systems and processes, and streamline how we work on creative projects across the marketing organization. 
  • Foster an open culture of design critique and feedback across product and brand design teams while building trust, respect, and credibility with stakeholders, management peers, direct reports, and executives. 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-moving B2B scale-up environment. 
  • Visually compelling portfolio of inspiring creative for B2B and/or SaaS brands with case studies that showcase your skills in typography, color, layout, and design thinking. 
  • Experience developing and evolving brand and marketing design systems, visual languages, and brand identities. 
  • Expertise in web design, digital ads, social banners, emails, and event experiences that show personality and drive engagement. 
  • Experience serving, collaborating with, and influencing leaders across the company. 
  • A major plus for video editing and motion skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools 
  • Proficient in the latest design tools, such as Adobe CC and Figma, and the ability to proactively stay on top of new tools, trends, and industry best practices 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders. 
  • A proactive team-player attitude with a positive mindset, actively contributing to team efforts and taking initiative to drive results.
