Here’s a flavor of what it could look like for you in this role:

  • You are the go-to person for people managers and team members in the Commercial Area of Lendis (departments incl. Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Business Development & People)
  • You are a sparring partner for our people managers in key people topics, e.g. employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management & organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, & people operations.
  • You help the business make better decisions and support the people managers of your business area to set up their teams and processes in a way that helps them achieve the overarching company goals & respective People strategies 
  • As we’re targeting to expand internationally (pan-european) you’ll be able to lift Lendis to the next level by growing, engaging and accelerating our Commercial & Enabling functions

 

The below skills and experiences are great to have but will not be a deal breaker if you don’t have them all:

 

  • 6+ years of experience as an People/HR Business Partner in a similar position
  • experience in a fast-paced tech and start-up environment along with scaling teams nationally and internationally
  • You have a proven track record of people partnering and sparring with the business and closely collaborating with various people managers (all levels of seniority) 
  • Advanced knowledge of German labor law (additional European labor laws are a big plus)
  • Strong communication and social skills and capability to interface at all levels of the organization, especially in a hybrid environment
  • As our Senior People Business Partner you’re able to coach and mentor junior team members 
  • You have a strong ability to work on various strategic HR projects simultaneously while being on the ground supporting your stakeholder hands-on
  • You are known for being well organized and building strong structures and processes that are scalable
  • You are fluent in English, German is a big plus but not necessary
