The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining the roadmap for key platform areas of our enterprise offering in conjunction with the Principal Product Manager, the Product Director and the business strategy. They will be responsible for the end to end experience of clinicians.

The role will require someone with the ability to work with our Electronic Medical Record, catering for both internal and external clinician needs. The person will need the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, communicate clearly on roadmaps and work with other Senior Product Managers to slot required work per quarter following discussions with development teams and will be responsible overall for understanding the status of projects and delivering on the quarterly roadmap across their area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work very closely with the Director of Consumer Products, Principal Product Managers and other Senior Product Managers to bring Diagnostics, Biometrics, Pharmacy and Consultation services to market across our channels.
  • Communicate and agree the roadmap with senior product leadership and based on business priority. 
  • Work with Engineering directors and leadership to define solutions and understand team capacity and project allocation.
  • Managing team roadmap and communicating timelines to business stakeholders for key enterprise features. 
  • Gather requirements for product features & creating detailed user stories.
  • Prioritize and plan work with the Engineering teams by maintaining a healthy backlog.
  • Define success metrics for your product areas and align with company targets, ensuring that our roadmaps are positively impacting the numbers.
  • Documentation of new and existing product features. 
  • Closely collaborating with cross company teams from design and architecture to data science and finance to bring concepts to life.
  • Research new areas and opportunities and prioritize when appropriate.
  • Drive innovation with your product areas, keeping a close eye on emerging trends. 
  • Constantly assessing the industry and the competition and ensuring we stay ahead.
  • Responsible for leading product, design and engineering groups to execute high business value.

What are we looking for?

  • 5-6 years hands-on experience in product management or a similar role
  • Experience working in enterprise products and with client facing teams
  • Experience working in web applications 
  • Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced organization 
  • Proven multi-tasker with experience handling conflicting priorities
  • Experience using data to inform decisions
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, initiative, and ownership
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Experience in an Agile work environment is essential 
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record platform strongly preferred
