Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Sr.) Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shared services, including finance, legal, marketing, and other critical functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of centralized services within their local operations. This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of shared services, including finance, legal, marketing, and other support functions
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with business objectives and priorities
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Act as a liaison between local operations and central shared services to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and drive alignment
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into operational performance, trends, and opportunities

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, implement process improvements, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
