  • The technical service business and high focus on continuous quality improvement
  • Provide professional support to solve all kinds of after-sales technical quality problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Daily support regional technical manager on after-sales work, through the phone, e-mail, reports, online and offline meetings, and other forms of high efficiency and quality to the regional service manager, to help solve the client's occurrence of the product quality, materials, testing, installation and use, logistics, packaging and other aspects of the problem, when necessary, will be arranged for business trips to the project site visits
  • Coordinate all technical reports issued by Technical with clients and HQ
  • Define together with technical support (Regional and HQ) inspection schemes and ensure good practices on any investigation needed
  • Report in a professional way all results of any investigation and support on explaining and defending our reports with customer
  • Supervise the Regional Service Managers' system operation compliance customer complaint handling process, to ensure that customer complaints are completed in quality and quantity
  • Participate or lead the weekly meeting communication mechanism with each region to understand the progress of customer complaints in the region and provide timely support
  • Other tasks, projects, meetings, assistance, etc. require the after-sales team's participation and support


  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fundamental understanding of PV modules, with knowledge of system integration basics preferred
  • Good understanding of internationally applicable standards for PV modules
  • Good knowledge of testing, inspection, and evaluation procedures for PV modules and PV systems
  • Fluency in Chinese and English, other European languages will be a plus
  • Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and with different cultures
  • Strong teamwork spirit and ability to communicate with several different departments
  • Experience in post-delivery claims management is a plus
  • Willing to travel as required
