RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the sales department to complete the pre-sales technical support work. Be responsible for technical exchanges with partners, distributors, and local projects. Provide technical consultation and contract negotiations.
- Familiar with the local policies and customer demands of the photovoltaic industry, and stay close to the technological development trend of the industry.
- Conduct customer demand analysis, and follow the market trend.
- Familiar with product certification in the EU market.
- Have strong coordination skills, teamwork skills, and communication skills. Be able to understand the needs of the customers and internal team, and translate them into customer-friendly, highly professional, and scalable solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fundamental understanding of PV module, with knowledge of system integration basics, preferred
- Good understanding of internationally applicable standards for PV modules
- Good knowledge of testing, inspection, and evaluation procedures for PV modules and PV systems
- Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and with different cultures
- Strong teamwork spirit and ability to communicate with several different departments
- Experience in post-delivery claims management is a plus
- German and English, other European languages will be a plus
- University degree or comparable professional training in the field of engineering or similar
- 2-3 years experience in technical service responsibilities
- Willing to travel frequently
