Your mission

The Head of Representative Office (M/F) will be in charge of supporting our business growth and goals in the Italian Utility market, handling our strategic clients and finding ways to bring existing commercial relationships to new heights, while also opening new businesses. The future GM is a successful hands on sales person with experience dealing with complex commercial contracts in our sector and with proven track record signing on new - major - business(es).

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and implement sales strategy and achieve sales objectives for the utility segment in the region 
  • Channel management: Communicate LONGi Solar products and differentiation to senior management at utility prospects  
  • Responsible for creating and executing the sales strategy of the enterprise, making sales plans, and achieving the sales target and profitability of the enterprise 
  • Analyze the market and industry, and work with relevant departments to develop marketing strategies
  • Customer relationships and retention
  • Responsible for strategic cooperation with strategic customers, key customers and core customers in the region
  • Responsible for visiting, receiving and maintaining business relations with important customers
  • Lead and manage the sales team in the region, set clear objectives, achieve proper team operation, cultivate team ability, motivate effectively, and build a high performance team

Qualifications we believe will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in management, business administration or engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders with key Utility players in the local market
  • Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Italian and English
