RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Nordics region.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Manage relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure product distribution and visibility.
- Organize and manage events to promote our products and engage with potential customers.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and prepare for product launches.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or similar.
- Proven relevant experience as a Trade Marketing Manager.
- Experience in events management.
- Fluent in English and Swedish. Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Willingness to travel as required.
