TASKS:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the C&I segment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including developers, EPC contractors, integrators, and other stakeholders in the C&I sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the C&I segment. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events. Manage sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand customer requirements and tailor solar solutions to meet their specific needs. Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding Longi Solar's interests.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and legal, to support sales initiatives, resolve customer issues, and drive overall business growth.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for management review. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan within the PV / solar industry.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel as required
