TASKS:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and partners for LONGI Solar's products and solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar panel installation and operation.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
- Training: Conduct technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights from a technical services perspective.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a technical support role, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of solar technology and photovoltaic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Italian.
