About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

You will collaborate with department and hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media, networking and employee referrals. Our ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist can rely on a profound work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

What you’ll do:

Prepare the hiring process
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis with hiring managers to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Become a labor market specialist
  • Discover particularities of the audiences we want to attract
  • Get a clear view on best hunting grounds
  • Get and sharing insights on candidates needs, desires, fears, interests, preferred social platforms (collaboration with employer branding)
Source, screen and select
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media... etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Select and present shortlist of best candidates 
Contribute to recruitment efficiency
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Understand and improve recruitment funnel touch points
  • Set up original and efficient automation initiatives, by (A/B) testing what works better
Be a true member of the people team
  • Embrace and embody the company values
  • Help onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Act as a people point of contact for the Loop team
  • Build influential relationships with candidates and hiring managers during the selection process

How you'll do it:

  • You have at least 3 years of successful track record in recruiting
  • You're not afraid of sourcing and direct search and are able to be creative when reaching out to candidates
  • Speaking of creativity, you also know how to write attractive job descriptions
  • You show profound interview skills and are able to identify A-players and high potentials
  • You know how to efficiently work with an ATS. We are now using Greenhouse
  • You can apply a data-oriented approach to your hiring funnels
  • Good knowledge of product development and/or digital marketing profiles would be helpful 
  • Having worked in a fast-scaling context is a strong plus
