What you will do:

  • Work the daily team reports looking to identify unusual behaviour, red flags and vulnerable players to protect our players and the company.
  • Review accounts across multiple markets, jurisdictions and regulations adjusting to follow the process of each market.
  • Take ownership and action JIRA/ Oracle tickets raised for the Risk Ops team and support the wider teams with finding solutions for players.
  • Protect any players by applying appropriate action on the account and / or financial payment instruments, where there have been signs of suspicious activity / fraud.
  • Achieve Productivity & Quality Assurance targets.
  • Deliver process related training to the Customer Operations team as and when required and support them on daily queries and escalate issues to the Management Team.
  • Support Lottoland project delivery by undertaking user testing of new processes and provide constructive feedback to working groups.
  • Raise SARs with the Lottoland MLRO, identifying individual player suspicion and group trends.
  • Follow the team Standard Operating Procedures, keep up to date with key changes and ensure you act in line with policy and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Support with updating our team Standard Operating Procedures with changes once approval is received from Compliance & Risk Operations Manager / Team Leader.

Who you are:

  • You have a good attention to detail.
  • Understanding of KYC Regulations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to stay focused with spike volumes.
  • You have good computer skills, especially with Excel.
  • You are a team player but also able to work independently or remotely if required.
  • An analytical mind to work well with numbers.
  • You have previous experience in identifying fraud triggers in the Gambling sector.
  • Understanding of payment journeys between providers and merchants.
