We are looking for a High Value Customer Executive for our LATAM markets as soon as possible. Would you like to be part of the exciting of our team in Gibraltar? Then you've come to the right place at Lottoland.

What you will do:

  • Maintain and engage the assigned portfolio of HVC customers, by providing a proactive one-stop service, tailored to customers’ needs.
  • Support our players by phone, email, and live chat with questions about our jackpots, deposits, withdrawals and more.
  • Know your portfolio and tailor the experience every player has to their trends and preferences.
  • Assist and consult with our Regulatory teams to ensure 100% adherence with licensing requirements and support players to provide relevant documentation, Source of Funds and affordability declarations.
  • Meet productivity targets, focusing on quality, OKR’s and SLA’s which will be reviewed on a regular basis.
  • (Sometimes) it’s very busy: it can get hectic, we're honest. But we guarantee you that we work as a team, and together we know what it means to work hard, but also to support each other to achieve our results as a team.
  • Your opinion counts/matters: Join our partners in testing the latest games, features, and products to stay on top of the latest technology.

Who you are:

  • Native Portuguese & Fluent English: You may work for the LATAM markets, however our company language is English.
  • Not afraid of player contact: You are the first point of contact for our players, so you should have no problem helping our players with their enquiries in an appropriate tone.
  • You desire to fill your industry knowledge: The more you learn about our offering while working here, the easier it will be for you to interact with our players on a daily basis.
  • You desire for open team culture and flexibility: Our players also need your help on weekends, so you should be willing not to stick to a strict 9-to-5 working day.
