The Role

Loveday are looking for an Executive Assistant who is currently working within the private equity or investment sector supporting at C-Suite or a UHNWI. You should have proven experience providing high-level business and personal support. The role will include extensive diary management of the CEO, Managing Director and Executive Team as well as other business administration tasks.

You may have worked in small or medium sized businesses or corporate roles and have a good understanding of how a business owner and/or Director operates and can support with managing their workload. The Executive PA is required to always maintain strict confidentiality and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and third parties. You will be working in a confidential environment, so integrity is crucial.

Please note, while we are open to flexibility, there is an expectation that this role will be required to be on site at either our Head Office and/or care homes.

Overview of role:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman, COO and Finance Director
  • Coordinating extensive international travel
  • Complex senior executive level scheduling
  • Personal work including support for the Chairman, his extended family and network
  • General admin tasks such as expenses, filing, updating organisational systems
  • Support in organising events and ad hoc projects
  • Working directly with high-level employees
  • Preparing corporate documents
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Organising the Chairman’s entire schedule
  • Invoice and expenses management
  • Producing large presentations, reports, meeting minutes
  • Sustaining a level of professionalism among staff
