Loveday are looking for an empathetic, proactive Content Manager, reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director, to manage Loveday’s content and marketing activity.  They will be responsible for communicating how good life at Loveday is to all audiences.

The Role

Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director the Content Manager will be responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media, SEO, content production and the smooth creation of Member facing communications.

The role will also hold responsibility for supporting the production of marketing collateral and work with our Design, PR and Digital agencies. 

You will liaise with the medical referral and Membership teams to ensure they have the marketing materials they need and work closely with the Activities team at each property to communicate the upcoming events and activities to family members and across social media platforms.

The right candidate will have an innate level of organisation and acute attention to detail, with a solid understanding of communications tactics and storytelling. A default team player, they will relish end-to-end planning and execution, working deftly across key communications outlets – from email and social media to events.

 

The role is full-time and is based from our central London head office in Knightsbridge, visiting the Loveday properties as needed.  

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in relevant marketing and communications role(s) preferably in luxury or high-end goods
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent Marketing qualification
  • Proven track record improving engagement and running multichannel social media
  • Proven record of planning and executing digital and social campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting skills for social, digital content and marketing materials
  • Content creation skills, such as photography and design
  • An acute eye for detail and good organisational skills
  • Strategic thinker who can proactively find content to fit the brand and deliver campaign objectives
  • Experience in running email marketing, CRM and social media campaigns and platforms inc. Google Ads and Analytics, and SEO tools
  • Great working knowledge of Saleforce, Mailchimp, Ruler, social integration platforms like Social Sprout and project management software
  • Experience and background in a luxury or hospitality business
  • This role may require working beyond normal office hours, including some nights and weekends supporting events
  • This role will require spending time in our properties
  • Can work independently as well as part of various teams
  • A natural inclination for positivity, team work and collaboration. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Energetic, positive, empathetic and willing to go Above & Beyond for our Members and their families

 

Main Duties

  • Social Media management such as content calendars, digital campaigns, interactions and engagement
  • Content capture and creation including copy, images and designed elements for social media, SEO, blogs and newsletters
  • Production of sales and marketing materials e.g. brochures, newsletters, event invitations
  • Data management of email marketing campaigns
  • Production of Member facing materials such as activity schedules and property branded materials, e.g. Member guides, application forms
  • Event organisation webinars and prospect drinks receptions, working with the activities and hospitality teams in the properties
  • Maintain brand consistency and on-brand messaging across all member-facing touchpoints – emails, push notifications, website, app and various newsletters
  • Demands a good understanding of our Members social history and cultural backgrounds to be able to create content that appeals to prospective Members
  • Liaising with PR team to maximise coverage
  • To take ownership of the various newsletters, guides and emails to Members, including drafting, editing and proofreading
  • Tracking digital performance and monthly reporting
