About the role

We are at almost 60 employees now and still growing, therefore we are looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to join our amazing team. Our client relationships are our top priority, so we need more superheroes to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact. As an Account Manager, you'll be the first point-of-contact for our global key accounts, helping them make the most of their magicplan solution. 

What you'll do 

  • Work with Support Team to assist with on-boarding new customers as well as with facilitating support cases, providing trainings and workshops.
  • Engage with customers to understand their challenges and needs. 
  • Identify relevant stakeholders and make connections within customer’s organizations.
  • Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities. Build a sales pipeline and manage on-going opportunities and close sales.
  • Demonstrate new magicplan versions and functionalities
  • Guide the customer through the sales process
  • Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to scope customer demands and potential product customizations. 
  • Provide value propositions, handle objections and prepare quotes.
  • Lead the negotiation and contracting process. 
  • Identify marketing and collaboration opportunities with existing customers
  • Work on customer use cases and work with clients on case studies, webinars 
  • Work with Product Management to provide feedback from client interaction and represent the customer perspective.

About You 

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service and although we are looking for a passionate, purpose-driven individual rather than a 100% match of the job description, there are a few things which are important for this role. 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience/qualification required – we’re encouraging applications from all fields of study.
  • 1-3 years of directly related professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills: You’re a good listener, you go out of your way to understand someone’s perspective, and you can express yourself clearly and in a confident manner.
  • Able to prioritize a varied workload: You’re highly organized, with excellent delivery against deadlines.
  • Patience and willingness to ensure the best outcome for the customer
  • Be data driven and goal oriented
  • Canadian national or a valid work permit for Canada. 

Additionally, we are even more impressed if you had some experience with:

  • Experience in SaaS sales
  • You have worked with Hubspot before
  • Construction, renovation, restoration industry experience or knowledge.
  • Worked in a startup environment or small business
  • Interested in AI & AR technology
