Product Marketing at Mangopay is a transverse team at the heart of Product, collaborating closely with Strategy, Sales, RevOps, CSM, Support, Partnerships, Lead-Gen, and Marketing. We are the voice of the product in the market and the voice of the market in the product. Our mission is to extract customer value and position that value as effectively as possible to generate revenue while ensuring everyone understands our products and has the tools to sell them. In collaboration with the GTM team, we are the driving force to get products to market - and keep them there.
We are looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager with commercial Fraud Intelligence experience to join us as the 6th member of our team, which consists of 1 Head Product Marketing, 1 Lead Product Marketing Manager, 1 Product Marketing Manager, 1 Insights Manager, 1 Product Content Lead, and 1 B2B Product Content Writer. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.
At Mangopay each PMM has ownership of a core focus area. We work directly with Product Managers throughout the product development cycle, injecting market insights during the discovery phase and driving product-market fit analysis during definition. While the product/feature is being designed and built, our focus turns to positioning, refining messaging, building out training collateral, and planning the launch strategy. After launch, in collaboration with the data team and Insights Manager, we report back on our activities and continuously evolve our positioning and messaging. This is an exciting opportunity to delve deep into the world of payments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer and deliver impactful product marketing strategies.
What will you be responsible for?

Developing a deep understanding of Mangopay Products & Solutions and communicating value clearly to internal and external stakeholders

Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, legal, sales, CSM, support, and strategy to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and direction

Establishing metrics, processes, and dashboards to monitor, evaluate, and report on Product Marketing performance

Support revenue enablement teams by delivering client pitches, product demos, client story maps, and use cases

Supporting Product Content with benefit-oriented content creation e.g emails, blog posts, landing pages, website content

Contributing to strategic initiatives to drive product-led growth and Mangopay product capability awareness

Capacity to coach, manage, and delegate direct reports to improve their skills and performance

Aside from your domain focus, you would also be a key member of the leadership team, collaborating with senior management to define and determine the strategy of the PMM function at Mangopay, as well as providing input on the product roadmap
What do we expect from you?
As Product Marketing Manager you will be the mastermind of messaging (right product, right audience, right message), enabler of sales, and accelerator of adoption.
We’re looking for a passionate team player with:
- 4+ years experience in Product Management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders across different functions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Get-things-done attitude – ‘sense of urgency’ and ‘bias for action’ are terms familiar to you
- Commercial Fraud Intelligence experience preferred
