Job Description
To support the strong growth of our business and the scaling up of our solution, the MANGOPAY teams are expanding and we are looking for a Senior QA engineer for our payout squad.
As a member of one of our squads, you will be responsible for representing QA. You will work in close collaboration with the Product, and Dev representatives and you will be the quality carrier within your squad.
The different tribes work on different functional areas of our platform through technical or product topics constituting the roadmap of the tribe. Your role will be to participate in your team's roadmap while keeping in mind the QA needs and objectives with a view to improving and facilitating the deliverable while providing a clear picture of the quality or non-quality of the product.
What will you be responsible for?
- Ensuring clarity of the quality of a release as well as the follow-up of identified problems
- Leading the implementation and maintenance of automated functional and non-functional testing (primarily involves testing APIs)
- Research and identification of new automation solutions, tools and processes to improve the existing ones
- Sharing best practices with the PM/DEV team by taking a cross-functional view of QA
- Ensuring the follow-up of production releases as well as events that may occur
- Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of performance KPIs for production
Technical stack :

- Jira, XRay for Jira
What do we expect from you?
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript (we work in Playwright/Cypress, so if you are willing to switch to JavaScript/TypeScript tools - feel free to apply :))
- Agile QA mindset: working in an Agile context is important to you
- Strong knowledge of testing best practices and knowledge of the ‘Test Pyramid’ and ‘Test Quadrants’
- Mastery of automation tools and best practices (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, k6, Xray for Jira, etc.)
- Experience with reporting and monitoring aspects
- Excellent analytical skills, rigour, autonomy and attention to detail
- An appetite for continuous improvement, creativity and initiative
- Curious with a sense of sharing and a desire to work in a team
