What will you be responsible for?
- Lead the development and implementation of complex React applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to translate requirements into efficient, elegant front-end solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the React engineering team.
- Participation in the on-call program.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in React development, and applying them to enhance our applications.
- Take ownership of the React codebase, conducting code reviews, optimizing performance, and actively contributing to architectural decisions to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What do we expect from you?
- Extensive expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven proficiency in developing robust and scalable applications using React, Redux, and Next.js.
- Familiarity with Vue.js is considered a plus.
- Experience implementing CI/CD processes for efficient and automated software delivery.
- Proficient in React test frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, and Jasmine.
- Familiarity with e2e testing frameworks, including Cypress and Playwright.
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
- Well-versed in working within Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
