Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Software Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge payment platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in front-end technologies, possess a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and have a passion for creating seamless user experiences. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
You can work remotely in one of these locations: France/Poland/UK/Germany/Spain/Ireland/Luxembourg.
What you'll be doing:
- Architect the front-end strategy by designing scalable and maintainable solutions using modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js
- Be the owner of FE strategy across the company
- Utilize TypeScript for robust and type-safe development
- Collaborate with design teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Participation in the on-call program
- Obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect applications
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices
- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
- Knowledge of micro front-end and distributed applications is highly desirable
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Frontend Software Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (Vue.js, React.js, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong capability in both written and verbal English
