A Senior Campaign Executive:

A Manifest Senior Account Executive is committed to making a positive contribution to Manifest and ensuring we deliver results beyond expectations, powerful ideas that have a genuine business impact and a faultless service. A Senior Account Executive works closely with the Account Director/Manager to implement campaigns, manage the Client/Agency relationship and supervise junior team members.

A Manifest Senior Account Executive is committed to making a positive contribution to Manifest and ensuring we deliver results beyond expectations, powerful ideas that have a genuine business impact and a faultless service. A Senior Account Executive works closely with the Account Director/Manager to implement campaigns, manage the Client/Agency relationship and supervise junior team members.

What is expected of a SCE:

You are able to manage junior members of the team, being a shining example of organization and campaign delivery. You have a strong bank of media contacts and have strong writing skills both for copy writing and for managing client communications.

Your Account Manager and Campaign Managers can rely on you to handle both the team and the client if required, and you have clear areas of responsibility on your accounts.

As you are approaching management level, you need to grasp additional responsibility in order to showcase what you can do.

 

Key responsibilities:

•       Responsible for the completion of all administrative aspects of the account, developing a reputation for efficiency and total reliability

•       Has a positive, proactive relationship with the Client and Manifest team, acting as a central point of contact for all content and campaign issues

•       Keeps PR Calendar, news plan and/or WIP up-to-date with all appropriate information/documents

•       Once the administrative side of the job has been mastered, he/she should look to develop the strategic and project management skills expected of Account Managers

•       Oversees day-to-day activity for work experience and internship staff

•       Source of all media, competitor and consumer information – including daily media monitoring and coverage reports

•       Regularly monitors and analyses competitive campaigns & product activity

•       Has up-to-date knowledge of recent PR campaigns in different markets

•       Actively seeks to establish and maintain press contacts

•       Actively attends networking and learning events on a regular basis

•       Seeks to make an active contribution to the creative briefing and idea development process

•       Keeps Line Manager(s) supplied with any information/stimulus about the brand or market that may be useful in the development process

•       Conducts research into the brand or market to inform strategic and creative development of the account

•       Supports Account Manager/Director in the control of the PR process: manages central filing, deadlines etc.

•       Effective organization of meetings, diaries, presentation materials

•       Maintains timesheets on a daily basis and delivers reports to Line Manager(s) weekly

•       Knows status of all campaign activity, keeping everyone informed of progress and producing status reports

•       Listens carefully to Client requests and report them accurately/action them expediently

•       Checks that all Client approvals are sought and given prior to commencement of any work

•       Records all Client meetings, key conversations and decisions in contact reports that are distributed within 48 hours of the meeting

•       Records tasks and actions from Client meetings within Asana

•       Has good eye for detail, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all materials prior to presentation either internally or externally

•       Where relevant, liaises with Studio to ensure that creative work, cost estimates and production remain within the timing plan so that work is delivered on budget and on time

•       Produces weekly high five reports, monthly PR reports & daily updates to client to a high standard and within deadline
