Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling appointment logistics efficiently.
  • Organising travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips and events.
  • Screening phone calls, emails, and other communications ensuring timely responses.
  • Supporting executive meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials, ensuring information remains confidential and is handled with discretion and professionalism.
  • Leading preparation of team meetings and offsites.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Proactively identifying additional tasks and projects that will make Mevo's executive team more efficient.

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
