The Role
As a newly created position, we are in search of an Operations Manager to join our fast growing company to be responsible for a wide range of operational and administrative tasks such as supply chain and fulfillment management, accounting and office management, budgeting and reporting, and customer success. While reporting to the Head of Operations, you are supporting all founders in various areas.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Own and operate our supply chain and fulfillment process
- Oversee the relationship with the distribution and fulfillment partner, and the stock management platform
- Oversee the relationship with the manufacturers
- Assistance to the monthly budgeting and reporting process and participate in operations related customer support / success
- Design and implement projects on operational continuous improvement, process development, internal control, and customer experience
- Make sure that the manufacturing deadlines are met and guaranteeing a proper stock management (forecast) in line with the Company growth to avoid out of stock situations
- Deal with daily issues at customs level, documentation requests and any event that needs to be addressed on a timely manner
- Keep inventory of batches, products and documents up to date
- Assistance to the accounting and office management processes, monitoring the pre-paid stock and the available one
- Support the founders in all business areas, including product development, sales, marketing, and human resources
- Own and fix last-minute issues in any business area
