The Role

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our startup, and shape the future of digital health by leading the strategic development and execution of our flagship SaaS product, the Biolytica NEXUS platform. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class solutions that revolutionize the healthcare landscape.

Tasks and responsibilities

Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends in health technology.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with other team members in different areas, to help Biolytica achieve its strategic goalsMarket
Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion, continuously iterating and refining the product roadmap accordingly.
Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, soliciting feedback from users, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
Quality Assurance: Establish robust processes for quality assurance, testing, and validation, ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, research institutions, and technology partners, to enhance the value proposition of the Biolytica NEXUS platform.
Team Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the Product Management team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture.

Proven experience in SaaS Product Development, ideally in a startup or dynamic business environment.
Strong understanding of digital health solutions, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
Extensive experience leading product management teams and driving the successful development and commercialization of complex software products.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Excellent verbal and written English skills; German skills are a plus
Confidence in speaking at public events and conferences
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
