The role

As a Medical Content Manager (Freelance or Part-Time) at Frieda, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our medical advisors, designers, editors, product, sales, and marketing managers during an exciting phase of innovation and growth, building and shaping our new eHealthcare company. Together with our co-founder and CSO you will bring our content delivery to the next level and make a big impact on the company's development.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Concept and write high-quality content for our digital courses and offerings with a focus on psychological and related medical content.
  • Review and proofread content to check quality, scientific accuracy, and sources.
  • Communicate with patients, subject matter experts, healthcare thought leaders, and providers about medical breakthroughs, resources, and verification.
  • Co-design app features to increase the effectiveness of our course content.
  • Co-design multimedia such as illustrations, animations, and audio.
  • Ensure that our content adheres to our writing guidelines, and is appropriately stored and organized. 
  • Collaborate and verify data with our internal clinical study team.
  • Conduct research on treatments, diseases, pharmaceutical drugs, clinical studies, and medical products to identify psychological and medical trends.

You'll fit great with these skills and values

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical science, health science, life science, neuroscience, (clinical) psychology, biology, nutritional science, pedagogy, or related.
  • A brilliant command of the German language so you can communicate clearly and precisely in various written formats and face-to-face.
  • Broad & in-depth expertise in clinical concepts and trials, literature research, data interpretation, regulatory, and medical communications.
  • Proficient in technical writing with clarity in structuring documents to present complex information in a logical and engaging way.
  • A proactive and creative approach to enhancing our content and user experience.
  • Strong project management skill set and an autonomous working style.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for leveraging technology to improve women’s health and well-being.
