Job Title: Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator

Location: Tribeca, New York City (In-person)

Maxwell Tribeca is New York's newest social club, redefining the modern concept of community and culture in the city. Launched in April 2023, Maxwell boasts a membership of soon-to-be 700 individuals who enjoy unique amenities such as private alcohol lockers, self-service bars, and the opportunity to host dinner parties.   • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and membership.
  • Capture high-quality photographs and video content for use across various media, including Instagram stories, feeds, and other platforms.
  • Edit visual content for clarity, engagement, and style consistency.
  • Manage daily posts and interact with followers and the broader online community to grow our social media presence.
  • Write and edit concise summaries of discussions and key takeaways from club events for social media sharing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Attend all club events and activities to capture and document moments for digital storytelling.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the club’s brand and message integrity.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role; experience in a cultural or club setting is a plus.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, with a portfolio of work available for review.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms, with a specific focus on Instagram.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging and accurate summaries of event discussions.
  • Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 base salary

Time & Location:

  • Most of our events are during the evenings, which will require a presence.
  • Saturday and Sunday day times to capture brunch, watch parties, etc.
  • Work location: In-person, Tribeca, New York.
  • Aside from presence at our events, you will be able to work some hours remotely.
