Role Overview:

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO at Maxwell Social, you will serve as the right hand to the CEO, collaborating closely on a diverse array of ventures, appointments, and strategic endeavours. You will be instrumental in managing the CEO's day-to-day activities and ensuring the success of both existing and upcoming projects. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a commitment to driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendar & schedule meetings
  • Handle all personal & professional appointments
  • Run errands
  • Manage the office of the CEO
  • Oversee event & location operations at Maxwell properties
  • Maintain books, financial records, and more
  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Execute special projects related to hiring, streamlining operations, and more

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work 60+ hour weeks regularly
  • Availability to work nights & weekends
  • Onsite presence required 3-4 days a week minimum, within commuting distance from Tribeca
  • Flexibility to meet last-minute requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 - 110,000 base salary
