We’re currently looking for a Product Manager for our Enterprise product team. Join us and help us develop our product to become even more valuable to our more than 350 million users!

As a PM you’re responsible for driving the strategy, vision and objectives for your product team, working closely with Design and Engineering peers. You connect the dots from vision all the way down to the deliverables, making sure effort is spent on the most valuable things. This requires effective communication and strong leadership skills, as success is dependent on the continuous collaboration of the product trio and the product team. 

 

Working with the Enterprise team involves closeness and proactive collaboration with stakeholders in our Sales department, to develop empathy for customer pain points and identify opportunities to improve our Enterprise offering.

 

What you will do 

 

  • Shape a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap for your part of our product, based on your insight into our users’ needs and the industry, to engage your team, and your stakeholders.
  • Formulate hypotheses that help validate what experiences to design and implement in order to reach your objectives. 
  • Ensure that impactful product improvements are prioritized and shipped, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing learnings with the rest of the company.
  • Dive into the problem and opportunity spaces of our largest customers and develop a deep understanding of how Mentimeter can provide value at scale to these organizations.
  • Lead and motivate your team to solve challenges effectively, and have fun doing so.

 

Skills & Requirements

As a PMs in the product management team, we expect you to have strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive product development work with customer value and business outcomes in mind, showing excellent collaboration skills. 

 

We believe you have:

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products
  • Extensive experience managing stakeholders in other departments, such as Sales
  • Strong leadership skills being able to bring the best out of your team
  • Having worked with technically complex domains is a plus

  • An analytical and creative problem-solver, with a strong business acumen and driven to deliver user value and business results.
  • Able to communicate a compelling vision for the product, to engage your team as well as stakeholders.
  • Skilled at validating ideas and translating solutions into requirements and teamwork for a smooth execution.
  • Adaptable to your team’s needs and balance strategic and operational responsibilities well
  • Eager to be part of a fast-growing organization and work on shaping the ways of working needed to ensure we stay agile and autonomous. Change should not stress, but appeal to you.
  • Well aligned with our core values and want to be a part of making sure we stay true to these as we grow.
