Join Mentimeter as our new Web Analyst

We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced and results-driven Web Analyst to join our Stockholm team!

You’ll be our in-house expert, responsible for our tech setup and attribution model, while also working closely with our Growth and Data scientist teams to optimize marketing activities and understand user behavior. 

The Mission:

  • Collect and analyze data using web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel, in close collaboration with our Data scientist team  
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings and democratize data for stakeholders using tools such as Looker
  • Identify trends and opportunities in website traffic, understanding user behavior and conversion funnels
  • Work closely with our website and CRO team to create and validate hypotheses
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive attribution model that accurately tracks the impact of various marketing channels on user acquisition and revenue
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to measure the impact of campaigns and content marketing efforts on user acquisition and product adoption
  • Ensure the correct tracking of key website events by creating, configuring, and maintaining marketing tags in GTM 
  • Ensure the correct integration of GA4 with Google Ads, Google Search Console, and other sales and marketing stack
  • Improve the synergy between visitor tracking and user data, and support our in-house Marketing analyst – part of the Data team – with revenue/purchases/pipeline analysis 
  • Responsible for data quality, accurate data collection, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring the correct capture and interpretation of data
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web analysis and data visualization

Who you are: 

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • You are results-driven and highly analytical
  • You’re good at storytelling and can get people inspired with data insights
  • You have a proactive and 'can do' attitude with attention to details
  • You have experience working with experimentation in a fast-paced environment 
  • You are experienced with attribution modeling and Web Analytics tools 
  • A plus if you have experience with customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) analysis in a SaaS or B2B context
  • Also a plus if you’re familiar with tools like Mixpanel or paid Analytic tools like Matomo
  • Fluent in English with proficient written and verbal communication skills. Swedish is not required as daily work is carried out in English.
