The role:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Analyst at Mentimeter, you play a crucial role in optimizing our lifecycle marketing communication strategies to boost user engagement and conversion rates. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a data-driven environment and are committed to improving the user and customer lifecycle journeys through insightful analytics. Your expertise in analyzing key metrics and indicators will drive data-informed decision-making and contribute to the overall success of our Lifecycle Marketing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop insights: Continuously collect and analyze user data, integrating communication engagement metrics with product usage and account-specific data to enhance our understanding of user and customer behaviors across different lifecycle stages.
  • Optimize communication: Employ a data-oriented approach to initiate testing and experimentation. Together with Marketing Automation Managers create hypotheses, segment identification, and trigger points for effective communication. Utilize analytics to evaluate campaign performance, refine user engagement strategies, and propose areas for enhancement.
  • Support decision-making: Track and report on the performance of all lifecycle marketing communications, providing visual and actionable insights to key stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Sales teams. Develop and refine KPI frameworks within the Lifecycle Marketing team that align with Mentimeter’s strategic goals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Forge strong connections with colleagues across Marketing, Data analytics, Product, and Sales to ensure a unified understanding of the user and customer experience throughout their lifecycle.

This role reports to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

We believe you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.
  • A strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. Braze, customer.io, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment, especially within a product-led growth model, is highly desirable.
