In essence:

You’ll be creating impactful communications that span both creative campaigns and always-on communications. You’ll be making work interesting and building content growth engines. You’ll be curious and hands-on, exploring how AI is shaping your craft and applying it to make our work faster and better.

What you'll do:

  • Co-develop with art directors, designers, and others to create unique, on-strategy conceptual ideas.
  • Create compelling, high-quality, and scalable communications, including but not limited to: headlines, short-form digital copy, social media posts, long-form content, scripts, and sales material.
  • Adapt and re-purpose concepts and messaging to cross funnels and channels – with appropriate writing style and format to fit each campaign's specific needs.
  • Analyze problems, anticipate consequences, and eliminate obstacles to successfully complete projects.
  • With a solid understanding of our brand, business goals, and project objectives - proactively shape copy to solve for these challenges.
  • Present ideas in a clear, focused way that builds consensus within the team, while also listening and internalizing feedback to deliver creatives that exceed expectations.
  • Manage the creative process; keep things flowing smoothly, reviewing work and prioritizing within timelines for project milestones.
  • Set up efficient and scalable copy processes using AI tools to enhance output while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with other internal copywriters such as conversion and UX writers to broaden copy perspectives for project goals.
  • Develop expertise and brand ownership of TOV, punctuation, style, and other brand preferences and foster consistency across all projects and campaigns

Things you may find yourself initially focusing on in this role:

  • Provide a wide range of ideas and options against creative briefs, and then present, defend, and adapt those options with stakeholders.
  • Build out messaging into communication distribution plans.
  • Write headlines and long copy for ads and other marketing materials.
  • Develop a script for a video launching a new product.
  • Write an editorial story interviewing a public figure.
  • Create social media posts that cut through.
  • Rewrite a sales deck to pitch perfection.
  • Pack feeling and value into our website copy.
  • Come up with and create “hero content”, used as the center for campaigns.

  • A strong creative collaborator, with strong stakeholder management.
  • Focuses on making interesting work that is insight-driven and speaks to customers.
  • Contributes to all steps of the creative process, including troubleshooting potential problems.
  • Keeps up with current trends and technological advances that can raise the level of our creative work, especially generative AI.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to balance several projects at once, turning strategy into pragmatic solutions.
  • Have a growth mindset, are willing to take risks and think big - and love turning challenges into ideas and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven copywriting experience, developing progressive digital and brand projects.
  • Experience both from agency and SaaS/Startup
  • Located in Stockholm
  • Proven experience building content growth engines.
  • Proven experience with both consumer and B2B enterprise marketing.
  • Strong skills in concept development and brand tone of voice.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain, judge, and organize ideas.
  • Native in English, with outstanding verbal and written skills (Swedish is not required as daily work is carried out in English)
  • Able to provide a strong portfolio showing copywriting for both branding and marketing/advertising, either as an attachment or URL link below in the application.
