Mentimeter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Enterprise sales team. Being responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new Enterprise customers, you will engage prospects through data driven outbound activity. As part of a highly successful sales team, supported by marketing and product departments, you will have the opportunity to close contracts with some of the largest companies in APAC to accelerate Mentimeter’s growth.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets 
  • Manage and close high-level business in a fast-paced sales environment 
  • Prospect to generate pipeline opportunities and build strong relationships with clients 
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed decisions 
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue through outbound prospecting
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve sales strategies and tactics
  • Help to build a transparent, collaborative, competent and well functioning team by;
    • Supporting a collaborative and inclusive team culture 
    • Fostering a transparent communication work environment and promote teamwork across the organisation

Resources we have to support you:

  • World-class lead generation from the Marketing and Product teams
  • Marketing and Sales team to support in analysis and tactics
  • Sales Development Representatives to support in lead qualification
  • Sales Operations and Enablement function
  • An extensive sales tool stack, including professional CRM, sales engagement platform, and data tools

Must-haves for the role:

  • 3+ years working as an Account Executive and Sales Development Representative, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Consistent history of exceptional performance
  • Deep expertise with ANZ clients and selling to ANZ organisations 
  • Demonstrated success in engaging C-Suite level executives with a structured, proactive approach to drive impactful dialogues
  • Driven to succeed while fostering strong teamwork and thrives in a highly collaborative work environment
  • Possesses a genuine passion for sales 
  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate internal resources to structure day to day work
  • Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of self-leadership
  • Adept at thriving in and navigating change


Nice to have:

  • Second language from an APAC region
  • Experience working with APAC clients and selling to APAC organisations 
  • Experience selling into Government or Higher Education sector
