Responsibilities
- You will design & build modern data systems as well as AI enabled applications
- Solve end to end data problems/opportunities at scale and make them production ready
- Interact & empathise with customers, taking them on a journey to success bringing their data strategy to life
- Leading discovery sessions and workshops with customers
- Have a hands-on involvement in the technical direction
- Bridge the gap between business and technology
- Engage with your cross-functional squad across discovery & delivery phases of engagements; advisory, design & implementation
- Technical mentorship/leadership across your squad
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as; blogs, thought leadership, leading technical forums
Requirements (These are || not &&)
- Good grasp of modern data technology (distributed systems, data streaming, event-based architectures) and how to apply them
- Experience with software engineering best practices and the complete SDLC applied to data, e.g. automation, testing, contract definition, clean code, CI/CD
- Worked with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & modern data technologies, ETL tools (e.g. Kafka, Flink, DBT etc.), data storage (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
- Data architecture and system design experience
- Experience with Domain-Driven design concepts and how they align data and business domains
- Pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in a consulting environment
- Nice to have: keen interest in modern AI/ML techniques
